How often will you come to clean: Answer: As often as you need us!
How do we pay you? Answer: You will receive a link in your email, to your bill. Payment is due within 7 days. You can always check your account and statement online. You can pay by credit card online, or send us a check. Our cleaners are not permitted to accept payment, at the time of the cleaning.
Do you wash blinds? Answer: No we do not.
Do you clean carpets? Answer: No.
Are you insured? Answer: Yes and Bonded
Are background checks completed on employees? Answer: Absolutely! One of the co-owners of our company was an Human Resource Executive for many years. She wouldn't have it any other way!
Are taxes taken out for your employees? Answer: Yes
Are your prices competitive? Answer: Yes Our business is "in between" a big franchise operation and a "single" housecleaning person. You benefit because our prices are less than the franchises. But we have many cleaners. Thus you aren't left in the dust (No pun intended) if a cleaner gets sick, takes a vacation etc. We got your covered! Someone will be there.
Do I have to sign a long term contract? Answer: No way
What areas do you service? Answer: All of Washtenaw and parts of Oakland and Wayne Counties.
Can I tip my cleaner? Answer: That's up to you.
Are there discounts? Answer: Once in awhile there may be special offers. Are prices are already very competitive.
Do I get anything for a referral? Answer: If they book an initial cleaning, you will receive $20 off your bill!
Are your cleaning products GREEN? Answer: We can clean Green, or we can use your favorite cleaning supplies. Just have them on hand.
Will I have the same cleaner each time? Answer: We try to schedule the same person. However at times you may have someone different.
